All offers of wahmhoff consult are designed excusively for the client and his particular project. The client can be sure of absolute confidantiality and protection of comitted data.

The offers normally have modular structures. This means that orders can also be purchased partially and seperately of each other. Additional costs, generated hereby, will be communicated previously. If important parts of the offer are to be omitted, wahmhoff consult reserves to deny the appointment.

The accounting of orders will be proceeded on realized expense. Exceptions are blanket contracts. In the case of long term contracts of more than one month, we reserve to present interim invoices, based on the realized expenses. Bills are valid directly after receipt. All prices are defined as wihout german VAT. The actual VAT rates and costs are precised on the offers and bills. Goods and services delivered by wahmhoff consult stay in property of the company until full payment.
